Refunds & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on outstanding quality in workmanship, and we want you to enjoy your purchases, but it for any reason you are unhappy with your products, please use the following returns processes.

Bedding And Decor
Because all of our bedding and decor is made to order, we can only accept returns if the product is either not made to the specifications indicated on your Sales Order, or due to poor workmanship.
Should this be the case, please email us at orders@studiocollection.co.za with your order number and a description of the problem, and we will arrange to have the product collected, and a replacement supplied as quickly as possible.
No refunds will be issued on orders due to delayed delivery, as shipping delays are not in our control.

Fabric
Once fabric has been cut, no returns or refunds can be granted unless the fabric is flawed or not as specified on your order confirmation.
Should this be the case please email us at orders@studiocollection.co.za and we will exchange the item as quickly as possible.

Refunds
We reserve the right to delay refunding payment for returned goods until they are safely back with us or evidence of return is provided and has been checked into our work room.
Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days from receipt of item by us and evidence of the return is provided.
We will process the refund directly into your bank account. If you would like to check on the progress of your refund please email orders@studiocollection.co.za
